This website (www.HAIREXTENSIONSBYADRIANA.com.au) is operated by Adriana Succar. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Adriana Succar.
By purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

TERMS OF SERVICE:
At Hair Extensions by Adriana, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have established the following policies regarding to products and services.​

BOOKING FEE
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee of $50 (or maintenance visits) and $150 (for new hair installations) is required at the time of scheduling. This fee will be applied towards your service cost on the day of your appointment. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

CANCELLATIONS (48hr)
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48hrs prior to your appointment, to avoid a cancellation fee.
You are required to provide at least 48hrs’ notice of change or cancellation of your booking (to give us an opportunity to fill that slot with another booking).
If you provide at least 48hrs’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to your next booking.
If you provide less than 2 days’ notice, you will not receive a refund of the deposit/booking fee you had made for that appointment.

APPOINTMENTS
You agree to let us know at the time of booking your appointment if you have any allergies or sensitives that may affect you during your appointment with us. Unless you alert us to such allergies or sensitives, we will assume you have none.
A confirmation SMS will be sent out to you 3 days prior to your appointment. If we do not receive confirmation from your SMS your appointment will be automatically cancelled and may incur a late cancellation fee (the keeping of your deposit/booking fee).
If you wish to cancel/change/reschedule your appointment, please get in touch with us within 48hrs of your appointment.

PRODUCTS / SERVICES
Hair extensions must be taken care of in accordance with the instructions provided.
If you do not receive instructions with your purchase, it is your obligation to request such instructions from us.
Absolutely no chemicals, colour, chemical treatments or bleach may be used on the hair extensions, as this can damage the extensions.
We encourage clients to contact us no later than 72 hours after the initial service to discuss any dissatisfactions and any adjustments, therefore a complimentary check in is offered, and you must book within 14 days from the date of the original service.
FAULTY / DAMAGED PRODUCTS
PACKAGED ITEMS:
Any purchased retail items found to be defective or unsatisfactory may be eligible for a refund or exchange within (30) days from date of purchase with a receipt of payment.
(Please note that all human hair that has been purchased in house, and installed in your hair will not be eligible to receive a refund, due to hygienic standards. We cannot refund or exchange extensions that have been worn, treated with products or altered)
Hair extensions purchased from our salon, that have been unopened can apply for a refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
We find that we have very low return rates, and we are proud of the high-quality hair extensions that we offer.
However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order, and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. ​
INSTALLATION ISSUES:
Any faulty issues with the installment of your hair extensions be notified to Hair Extensions by Adriana in writing (email) with clear photographic evidence showing the problem. If the faulty issues occurred later than 3 weeks since the date of installment, this will not be considered as an installation issue and will be remedied free of charge.

HAIR QUALITY ISSUES:
The quality and integrity of the hair is based on how clients take care of their extensions at home
We are not liable for any damages related to the purchase of your hair once installed.
All clients will approve of the hair extensions prior to installation, agreeing upon the quality of the product prior to installation verifying its quality and their contractual agreement to have it installed.
Any hair extensions that we find to have been damaged in any way, including colouring, bleaching or chemical perms/straightening are not eligible for a replacement or refund.
